Holistic Therapy

Holistic therapies encompass any therapies that help to heal the mind, body and spirit. Holistic therapies include aromatherapy, reflexology, and massage amongst others.
Holistic therapies aim to help the client restore the balance, thus allowing the body to heal itself naturally.
With holistic therapies, everything about the client is taken into account when planning or advising on a suitable therapy. A full consultation is carried out prior to any planned therapy that you wish to have. A full complement of holistic therapies is available at The Centre.

Baby / Infant Massage

Being able to massage your child can certainly bring many benefits to both you and your child. For centuries massage has been used to soothe, relax and heal. This exciting journey will give you the basic of how to massage your child.
Personal ‘one to one’ instruction in how to massage your infant. Learn how to read your baby’s body language, soothe your baby when they have colic or learn techniques through massage to calm a fractious baby. Baby massage encourages the development of your child’s skeletal and nervous system.
Baby massage is a fantastic way to bond further with your child and can be easily incorporated into your baby’s routine. Baby and Infant massage is suitable for babies to 3 year olds.
